Frequently Asked Questions

Why Did Thirty3 Health Combine Chiropractic With Primary Care?

The answer is simple…for you. When Dr. Ruppel started Thirty3 Chiropractic in 2017, he has worked tirelessly to provide as many care options as possible. It only seemed fitting to start an entirely new business and carry over our great name to Thirty3 Health. Adding primary care services brings us one step closer to becoming a one-stop shop for your healthcare needs. And of course, we only add the best.

Does Your Clinic Accept Insurance?

Our clinic will do everything we can to get you reimbursed by your insurance company, but we are NOT in network with ANY insurance company. We choose to spend our time with you, to provide you the highest quality services, and refuse to spend that precious time with those actively trying to dictate or deny your care.

Is Care At Thirty3 Health Expensive?

We like to follow a simple rule when setting our pricing structure. If we can’t afford it…it’s too expensive. Our goal is to provide the highest quality chiropractic and primary care you can find at affordable prices. Please contact us if you have any pricing inquiries about specific services

How Safe Is Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic care is considered one of the safest, non-invasive forms of healthcare. Chiropractic care works by optimizing the body’s own ability to heal without the intervention of drugs or surgery. Every study conducted has shown chiropractic care to be safe, while minimizing any risk. At Thirty3 Health, we pride ourselves on taking every precaution to keep you and your family safe, while providing the most effective care.

How Much Education Does A Chiropractor Have?

All chiropractors have a minimum of 8 years in college. An undergraduate science degree is needed to apply to chiropractic college, while interviews prove only the highest quality professionals are accepted. Chiropractors then undergo an additional 4 years of rigorous study and have to pass 4 traditional parts of national boards as well as 1 part of physiotherapy boards. Additionally, chiropractors must partake in a preceptorship program to get them ready for patient care. Chiropractic college is nearly identical to medical school with the exception that we trade pharmacology education for manual therapy education.

Can I See A Chiropractor If I’ve Had Spinal Surgery?

Absolutely. At Thirty3 Health, we take your entire health history into account and will only perform the safest treatment with your surgical history in mind. It can be argued that if you’ve had spinal surgery, you should be seeing a chiropractor. There are many modalities that can be used to keep your spine mobile and healthy if you’ve had surgery.
